Return Policy
We get it, sometimes things don’t work out! At Salon Blissful, we strive to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return a product, and we're here to make the process as easy and convenient as possible. Below, you'll find our return policy guidelines:
Return Eligibility:
Hair products with low usage must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund with a receipt. Hair products with low usage will be available for store credit towards hair products or in exchange for equal or less value within 30 days. After 30 days, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.
Skin Care and Cosmetics Return Policy: All tools (brushes/towels) and skin care products are final sale and not eligible for return. The only exception will be if a skincare product causes a reaction within 7 days and we receive a photo of the reaction to submit a claim to the skin care company. The term "Final Sale" means an item can not be returned or exchanged.
Return Process:
- Contact Customer Service: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. You can reach us via online contact form.
- Provide Necessary Information: When contacting us, please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and any accessories or documentation.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We are so sorry about that and would love to make things right!
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.
- If you believe you have received defective merchandise or the wrong item, you must contact us within 3 days so we may address the issue.
- We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period.
